What is VertaFlow?

VertaFlow is a vertical CRM — one platform with five pre-built skins (Agency, Service Pro, Restaurant, Retail, Wellness). You pick the skin that matches your trade and the pipeline stages, records, and terminology are already configured for it on day one, instead of building your workflow from a blank box.

What happens after my free trial?

Start with 30 days free and no card. Add a card and the trial extends to 60 full days on the paid tier you picked — Stripe holds the card but doesn't charge it. We email you 7 days before the trial ends. If you do nothing, the card runs at the tier you trialed. If you cancel in your dashboard (two clicks, no phone call), nothing charges and your workspace flips to read-only for 30 days so you can still export. Or skip the card entirely and start on Free — no clock, no upgrade nag.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Pro-rated charges or credits apply automatically.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Yes — on day one and after you cancel. From Settings → Data you can pull a CSV or a full Postgres dump. After cancel, your workspace stays read-only for 30 days so the export isn't a fire drill. Reactivate any time in that window and pick up where you stopped.

How do team seats work?

Every plan includes a set number of seats — Free 1, Pro 3, Power Lister 5, Multi-Site 10. Need more people? Add a seat anytime for $15/mo each. No $50–150/seat enterprise tiers, no per-contact metering — you pay $15 for a seat you actually use, and read-only client/guest access stays free.

What's the catch?

No per-contact limits. No email-send caps hidden in the fine print. No metered AI credits. No surprise overage charges. The price you sign up at is the price you pay next year — written into the plan. We're a one-person product team that ships in public; the founder reads every reply to anthony@designedbyanthony.com. The only thing we ask: if Pro fits, pay for Pro. The Free tier exists for evaluation, not as a permanent workaround.

What if my vertical isn't one of the five?

Pick the closest match. The shared core (pipelines, invoices, contacts, automations, scheduling) handles almost any service or relationship business. If you tell us your vertical at anthony@designedbyanthony.com, we'll map your workflow to an existing skin on a 15-minute call — and your request goes on the public roadmap. The five skins today are Agency, Service Pro, Restaurant, Retail, Wellness.

How do I migrate from Square, Toast, Jobber, HubSpot, or a spreadsheet?

Export a CSV from your current tool, drop it on the import screen, map the columns. Most accounts are done in under 30 minutes. Power Lister and above include a guided migration call at no cost — we'll get on a screenshare and do it with you. If we can't map your file in 24 hours, we do the mapping ourselves. Free. Your imported data lands in real Postgres, so re-exporting later is one click.

Do I need a website to use VertaFlow?

No. VertaFlow runs on its own. If you already have a website, the lead form, chat, and booking widgets embed into it with one line of code — no rebuild. If you don't have a site, Designed by Anthony (the studio behind VertaFlow) can hand-code one, and every build includes 60 days of VertaFlow Pro free.

Is my data secure and isolated from other tenants?

Yes. VertaFlow is multi-tenant with row-level isolation in Postgres — your workspace's data is scoped to your tenant and never bleeds into another account's. Your contacts, notes, and financials are yours, exportable any time, and we don't sell or share them.
